Please be prepared to pay your bill at each visit. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and medical insurance (if covered) as payment. Benefits vary, so it is important that you know and understand your insurance coverage.

If your vision and eye care is covered by insurance, we will fill out and send in the necessary forms for you. Your insurance may pay all, some, or none of your bill so please remember that you are responsible for payment of any balance not covered by insurance at the time of service.
